. The role involves engaging with existing bank customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with
existing bank customers
to generate sales for life insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Maintain and build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.
Update customer details and interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory norms.
Required Skills
Strong communication and sales skills.
Ability to explain financial products clearly over the phone.
Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate (preferably from commerce/finance background).
Experience in
insurance sales, telesales, banking, or customer relationship roles
is preferred.
