As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers through digital and telephonic channels. You will be responsible for deepening relationships, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring superior service delivering line with regulatory and compliance norms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer relationships virtually and ensure service excellence.
Cross-sell core banking products such as savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance, and KYC norms.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of banking products and service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
