We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-oriented
Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
to support our growing network of
POS (Point of Sale) executives
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships, improving performance, and providing end-to-end virtual support to POS partners across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with POS executives to drive engagement, retention, and performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned POS partners, addressing queries, concerns, and business needs.
Facilitate virtual onboarding and training sessions for new POS members to ensure product knowledge and compliance.
Monitor and analyze POS performance metrics, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
Share timely updates on product changes, market developments, regulatory guidelines, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, underwriting, claims) to ensure smooth operations and support for POS executives.
Maintain accurate records of communication, performance, and support activities in CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in POS/channel management or relationship handling roles.
Strong knowledge of insurance products (life/general/health) and POS operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and virtual presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and relationships effectively in a virtual environment.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
