Designation : VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager) JOB ROLE: 1. Engage existing and potential customers to introduce our products/services. 2. Gather information about our offerings and address customer inquiries. 3. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. 4. Refer prospects to the sales team. Work towards achieving sales targets. 5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Record and track calls and sales activities.
