Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance relationships with NRI customers through virtual channels (calls, emails, video meetings).
Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking and financial products.
Drive sales targets by cross-selling investment, liability, and insurance products.
Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed customer records and provide timely resolutions to queries.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
Knowledge of NRI banking products and financial solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
