Virtual Relationship Manager - Mutual Fund Sales
with a leading bank.
As a Virtual RM, you will be responsible for handling customer relationships over calls and video meetings, advising clients on mutual fund investments, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing and potential customers via calls or virtual meetings to promote mutual fund products.
Understand client needs, risk appetite, and investment goals to suggest suitable mutual fund schemes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per regulatory guidelines.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
0-1 year of experience in financial sales or customer relationship management.
Mandatory:
NISM Series V-A certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for finance, investment products, and relationship building.
Proficiency in English and local languages will be an added advantage.
