highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant

to support the daily operations and service delivery for our

UK-based clients

.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between clients, internal teams, and management -- ensuring smooth communication, timely task execution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Client Operations & Coordination



Act as a point of contact for assigned UK clients -- ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (admin, sales, marketing, recruitment, and tech support) to execute client projects. Manage daily task tracking, reporting, and client updates using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com). Maintain accurate client records and operational documentation.

Process & Delivery Management



Support onboarding and setup processes for new clients. Ensure client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs are consistently met. Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with management to implement workflow automation and process optimization.

Administrative & Reporting Support



Prepare performance reports, client summaries, and delivery dashboards. Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination across time zones. Assist in compiling invoices, proposals, and documentation as needed.

Communication & Relationship Management



Provide proactive support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Communicate professionally with clients through email, chat, and video meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or virtual assistance (preferably for UK or international clients).
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM or project management tools.
? Knowledge of outsourcing, recruitment, or digital marketing processes (a plus).
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple time zones.

Working Hours:



UK Business Hours (with flexibility to support client requirements).

Pay: ₹15,413.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month
