We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, working in IT, Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 3200 employees in ore than 750 branches over India.

INTERVIEW WILL HELD ONLY FACE TO FACE AT LUCKNOW HEAD OFFICE B/W 1:30-04:00 PM.

Job profile:- Communication over incoming and outgoing call.

Basic Eligibility Criteria for Applying:-

FRESHER ONLY

MBA-Marketing will prefer. Fluent in English Speaking. Must have working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel. Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
Role and responsibilities:-

To make communication with our Pharma Franchise. Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems by him/her. Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her. Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved. Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them. Reminder Calls to our Pharma Franchise regarding every month's offers.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow Salary:- Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000/- pm + incentives + PF + other
