Job description


Candidate shall be responsible for:

Onboarding and completing digital KYC requirements for all customer segments. Managing and resolving all customer queries on time. Contact existing or potential customers to inform them about investment products or service using scripts. Successfully answer investment product related queries if any on the call. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct HNI prospects to the field sales team if needed. Enter and update customer information in the database. Take and process transaction orders in an accurate manner on a recorded line or assist clients through Federal Mobile. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

(Qualification & Experience)



Graduate Proven experience of minimum 2 year as Tele Sales & Service Representative or other sales/customer service role in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or any related Financial Services. Good knowledge of KYC process for Mutual Funds. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, CRM software) and telephone systems. Ability to learn about investment products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Excellent knowledge of English & Regional language of the state. Good communication & Interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
