Job Overview A virtual medical receptionist is a VA ( Virtual Assistance ) who will be working as a virtual/remote medical front desk executive. This position will be the first point of contact for our patients. Roles and responsibilities- \xc2\xb7 Answering the patient queries via phone \xc2\xb7 Managing appointments and schedule on a software \xc2\xb7 Maintaining Dentist\xe2\x80\x99s appointment Diary on a software \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the Practice managers and the other concerned person in UK \xc2\xb7 Sending reminders to patient\xe2\x80\x99s for the upcoming consultations or appointments. Skills and Knowledge- \xc2\xb7 Graduate in any field \xc2\xb7 Good Communication skills \xc2\xb7 Commitment towards work \xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn.
