Grandeur Homes Real Estate is a Dubai-based company that helps people buy, sell, and invest in luxury properties. We focus on giving great service, expert advice, and honest support to clients from around the world. As our business grows, we're building a strong remote team in India to help us manage listings, leads, and communication. We're looking for motivated people who want to grow with us.
This role reports directly to the CEO and performance is coordinated via HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage listings on Dubai-based platforms (e.g. Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder UAE)
Source and manage inventory via WhatsApp broadcast lists
Ensure cross-listing and syndication via WhatsApp, Telegram
Assist in drafting and scheduling content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Communicate with field agents to collect property photos, details
Requirements:
3 years in real estate admin/support roles
Proficiency using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, MS Office
Social media familiarity
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Candidates with UAE or Dubai real estate experience optional but strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
