Virtual Principal

, you will lead and manage a fully online, ensuring academic excellence, student engagement, and staff support in a virtual environment. This role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day operations to create a positive, inclusive, and effective online learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional leadership and oversee academic programs Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and staff remotely Foster a strong virtual school community and positive student outcomes Monitor student performance data and implement improvement strategies Ensure compliance with state and district policies and standards Lead professional development for virtual teaching best practices Collaborate with families to support student success

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field 3+ years of experience in school administration or instructional leadership Experience in virtual or hybrid learning environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and technology skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
