As a
virtual legal assistant
, you will handle a variety of tasks such as scheduling, email management, customer communication, data entry, and general administrative duties. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management and team members
Handle communication with clients and partners in English and Spanish
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Support daily operations and coordinate team tasks
Perform research and compile information as needed
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Requirements:
Fluency in
English and Spanish
(written and spoken) -- must have* Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support is preferred
