Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Excellence:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a personal touch.
Customer Support:
Quickly respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our rental staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Problem Solving:
Maintain a calm, empathetic demeanor while addressing guests' needs and providing solutions.
Qualifications:
Fluent in
English
(both written and spoken)
Prior
customer service
experience is a plus
Enthusiastic about delivering
exceptional guest service
Comfortable using
basic computer tools
and virtual communication platforms
