The Virtual Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing seamless guest service and support through remote communication channels such as Phone, KIOSK, other software in the computer. The role ensures a welcoming and professional guest experience by handling reservations, check-ins/check-outs, inquiries, and coordination with on-site teams.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Warm, friendly, and presentable personality.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use digital tools efficiently.
Knowledge of hotel front desk operations or hospitality software is an added advantage.
Good problem-solving abilities and people management skills.
Background in hospitality management or any customer-facing role is a plus.
Day shift available for Female candidates.
