About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage and monitor activities on our in-house Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform used for investor interactions and portfolio management. The role is critical in ensuring smooth tracking of investor engagement (Sale of NPL Portfolio to ARCs) and accurate reporting for management and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor investor activity on the Intralink platform, including:1) Number of portfolios accessed by investors

2) Number of accounts accessed by investors

3) Documents viewed/downloaded

4) Time and frequency of access
5) Maintain ARC-wise, portfolio-wise, and account-wise trackers for all investor interactions

6) Generate periodic reports and dashboards to provide insights on investor behavior and document usage

7) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all data is updated and accurately reflected in trackers

8) Support the deal execution team by providing timely and structured data room usage analytics

Required Qualifications:

1) Graduate in B.Com / BAF / BBI (or equivalent commerce/finance background)

2) Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, basic analytics)

3) Tech-savvy and comfortable working on proprietary platforms and software tools

4) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

5) Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Prior experience with VDR platforms, MIS reporting, or data tracking

Exposure to financial services / investment banking / ARC sector

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
