Shifts - Night Shifts (7 PM to 4 AM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Virtual Assistant
who is fluent in English and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks ranging from administrative work to customer service and calendar coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and appointment setting.
Conduct internet research, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and support tasks.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports or summaries.
Creates social media posting, content management and marketing tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate with minimum 1 year experience is required as Virtual Assistant.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), Zoom, and task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
