Real Estate VA Responsibilities:
Assistance to Agents Helping prepare listing presentations, CMAs, and marketing materials. Coordinating listing-related tasks such as uploading property info to MLS. Managing property documentation and follow-ups.
Vendor coordination Communicating with photographers, stagers, inspectors, and contractors to ensure timely scheduling and service delivery.
Transaction Coordination Assisting from contract to close, including document preparation and deadline tracking. Coordinating with buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title companies
Software Expertise Strong working knowledge of tools such as: MLS, Showingtime, Zipform, Dotloop, DocuSign, Canva or other design tools for flyers and posts.
Project Management Assist clients in coordinating and managing various real estate projects, including tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Excel Proficiency Creating and managing spreadsheets and trackers as well as utilizing advanced Excel features to manipulate and analyze large sets of data relating to real estate.
CRM and Lead Management Organizing leads, tagging, nurturing, and tracking conversions. Implementing lead follow-up strategies and automation.
Online Research Conduct research for properties, market trends, and competitors
Lead Generation Conducting online prospecting via various tools and supporting email marketing, newsletters, and drip campaigns to generate new business.
Executive Assistance Supporting agents with personal tasks, travel bookings, inbox management, preparing presentations, and more.
Qualifications:
Strong command over written and spoken English
Ability to be self-driven and organized
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Strong attention to detail to ensure high accuracy and productivity.
Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (Night Shift).
