Virtual Assistant (Outbound Calling)
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to USA clients for
lead generation & appointment setting
Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
USA outbound calling
(call center experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills with ability to understand & speak in a
neutral/USA accent
Proven experience in
appointment setting, lead generation, and follow-ups
Professional, disciplined, and able to work independently
Flexible to work
remotely initially
and shift to
onsite (Mohali)
after a few months
