We are looking for a smart, proactive and well-organized
Virtual Assistant (VA)
. The VA will serve as the CEO's right hand for managing calendars, communication, coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. CEO Support & Coordination
Manage
CEO's calendar
, appointments, and meetings
Maintain schedule discipline and ensure timely reminders
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO
2. Documentation & Communication
Draft emails, notes, follow-ups, and presentations
Maintain confidential files and records
Ensure professional communication and English fluency
3. Meeting Management
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action points
Follow-up with departments to ensure task closures
4. Operational Support
Support in travel planning, logistics, and expenses
Coordinate with HR/Admin/Operation teams when required
Assist in special projects assigned by the CEO
Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent
spoken & written English
Strong sense of
ownership, responsibility, and confidentiality
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to
prioritize tasks
and work under minimal supervision
Professional demeanor and communication
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BBA/BCom/BA preferred)
0-3 years of experience in EA/Admin/Office Coordination roles
Freshers with strong English communication are encouraged to apply

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
