About the Role:
We are a US-based mortgage loan origination business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative and loan processing tasks. This is a long-term opportunity with training provided
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update loan applications in CRM / LOS
Organize and rename borrower documents
Follow up with borrowers for missing documents
Maintain loan status and pipeline tracking
Schedule appointments and reminders
Send pre-approved email and text templates
Coordinate with loan processor (as instructed)
No underwriting, rate quoting, or compliance decisions required
Requirements
Excellent written English (spoken English basic-good)
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential financial data
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets & email
Willing to work 2-4 hours overlap with US EST
Real estate / mortgage / finance support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
