As a Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeper at EMI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by handling various administrative and financial tasks. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from email management to bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize company emails, responding to inquiries when necessary.
Assist in maintaining the marketing budget and coordinating marketing initiatives.
Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Pay bills and manage accounts payable and receivable as needed.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into accounting software (Xero or MYOB).
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Prepare and process company pay runs.
Assist in the preparation of GST returns and other financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work from home.
Must have a PC/laptop with a steady internet connection.
Must able to Work in Indian Timings: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (9 Hour Shift).
