Position:
Virtual Administrative Assistant
Working Hours: 12 pm IST to 9 pm IST
Working Days: Mon- Friday
Location: Remote, working from home.
Equipment's: not provided, applicant would need a working internet and a laptop or desktop with a quiet room in their home to work office hours.
Role and responsibilities
Performing secretarial and administrative duties. Support the management in all executive tasks
Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Organize and multi task, multiple deadlines and projects
Screen emails, if necessary before passing to the Manager
Typing, formatting and editing reports, documents and presentations
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Preparing itineraries and agendas
Work with an international team and liaising with internal departments
Attend weekly meetings
Observing best business practices and etiquette
Briefing team or departments on project details
Customer service to client
Answering telephone calls (UK One)
Ad Hoc research and marketing activities
Working on internal brands & assistance in client related works
Requirements
Any Bachelors Degree
Certification in secretarial work, office administration or related training
Excellent verbal and written English skills is must
Exceptional interpersonal skills
3+ years of work experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets using office software such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Flexibility and adaptability
Time Management and Active Listening Skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to learn company specific software
