Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, experienced, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Female Administrative Assistant
to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, assist in client communication, and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle emails, inbox management, and customer queries professionally
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Maintain and update databases, files, and digital records
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Perform data entry, basic research, and follow-up tasks
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Support online posting and basic social media tasks (if required)
Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance
Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office
,
Google Workspace
, Zoom, Teams, and similar tools
Experience with CRM systems and inbox management
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
Candidate must be available as per Australian timings: 9 AM to 5 PM AEST
