Job Description

Prepare checklists and templates based on previous client records Draft client proposals and engagement documents using provided formats Assist with setting up new client profiles and business entities Create and organize meeting notes and call summaries Set up job folders and save relevant documents from prior years Help with basic data entry and formatting of business reports Support preparation of standard forms and variations Compile and organize compliance-related documents Maintain clear and consistent digital filing systems.

Requirements



Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles (preferred) Good written English and professional email communication skills Should be proactive and efficient Strong attention to detail and file organization Ability to follow instructions and work independently Comfortable working remotely with Australian time zone overlap Familiarity with basic business documentation and office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processors)
