Role Overview
We are looking for a
Viral Marketing Intern - Short-Form / UGC Strategist
who is obsessed with virality and understands why content blows up on short-form platforms.
Your mission is to analyze viral content, break down growth strategies, and turn insights into actionable experiments that drive organic reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify emerging viral trends, hooks, formats, and storytelling styles on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Analyze organic growth strategies used by top consumer brands and mobile app founders
Deconstruct viral content to understand performance drivers, KPIs, and algorithms
Create clear, concise reports and written insights from your analysis
Support hands-on execution of organic growth and UGC experiments
Collaborate directly with founders and the growth team
Requirements
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts ecosystems
Ability to identify trends early and explain why content is performing
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent writing and content analysis skills
Hands-on attitude with willingness to test and execute ideas
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Passion for viral content, creators, and organic growth
