Join DeHaat as a Village Representative to establish a strong ground-level presence and foster trust within the farming community. Build long-term relationships, address farmer concerns, organize field activities, promote app usage, and drive sales of our private-label products to become their go-to crop assistance provider. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand & resolve farmers\' agriculture concerns
- Push our private-label product sales
- Increase Farmer Network of DeHaat
- Increase adoption of services such as Dr Pashu & Crop Doctor
- Advocate our app usage & home delivery service
- Matriculation or above qualification
- Basic knowledge of agriculture
- Local whereabouts for operational efficiency
- Working knowledge of Smartphone
- This is a contractual commission-based role with an opportunity to earn up to \xe2\x82\xb910k/month
- For convenient task implementation, the candidate should have a smartphone & a 2-wheeler with a Driving License.
