Villa Manager
to oversee complete villa operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the hotel & resort industry with excellent management and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall villa/resort management and smooth day-to-day operations
Guest handling and client relationship management
Marketing and promotion through online platforms and other sources
Managing bookings, occupancy, and revenue optimization
Coordinating with staff and ensuring high service standards
Handling customer feedback and ensuring guest satisfaction
Degree in Hotel Management or related field
Strong communication, leadership, and marketing skills
Experience in online marketing platforms (OTA, social media, etc.) preferred
