Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day villa operations and ensure smooth guest experiences
Manage housekeeping, kitchen, and guest relations teams
Monitor villa occupancy, ADR, and revenue reports
Handle guest escalations and ensure top-rated service
Coordinate with marketing and reservations teams for upselling F&B and experiences
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality/property management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy with exposure to OTA platforms like Airbnb, Stayflexi, Booking.com
