Job Description


JOB SUMMARY:To manage performance of the responsibilities and jobs allocated as a part of the Strategic business unit. Also to attain the objectives set for the SBU and individual objectives, visa vies the expectation of the management.DAILY JOB:- Quotations to be submitted within the 24 hrs for normal orders and within 72 hours for projects and deviation report to be added in the weekly report.- Maintaining the debtor level to 30 days. (follow up for payments and receiving payments within agreed time frame).- 10 % advances are collected.- 25% for order booking to be with Performa invoice/payment against delivery terms.- 100% C form collection is collected within the prescribed frame of time.- Sales and booking are achieved as per the targets agreed at the AOP.- Execution of the order as per the delivery period agreed with the customer- Ensuring 75% booking to billing conversion.- Ensuring 100% collection of outstanding payment of the previous financial year in the first half of the financial year.- Hit Ratio to be maintained at 50%.- G.P margin to be maintained at 13.5%.- Visit customers for new business and existing customers, plans visits and cold calling. - To be technically equipped in all existing & new products arising in the electro-mechanical industry- To consult clients based on their business requirements- To assist the clients in making right decisions & to choose the right products required- To assist the clients with Quotations of the products offered- Sales and booking are achieved as per the targets agreed- Execution of the order as per the delivery period agreed with the customer- To map new business areas & to generate leads as per Strategic plan- To market new products & to promote new products in client group- To provide technical assistance to clients whenever required- Weekly analysis report to be submitted to SBU Head on Saturday of every week. The report should consider of the following :1. Report on enquires Received and Allocation2. Quotations for the week3. C form collected4. Visits made in the current week.5. Plan of visits for the next week.6. Billing done7. Booking done(Please note: deviation report on all of the above to be mentioned with respect to previous week's)- Prepare Quarterly strategy plan on achieving the quarterly target and submission to the SBU Head on 5th of first month of every quarter. The report should consider of the following :1. Quarterly performance report of the last quarter2.
