Job Description

A Billing and Estimation Engineer in the real estate industry prepares accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensures proper billing processes, and manages project documentation. This role involves analyzing project plans, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), verifying payments, and maintaining project records. Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:

Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

BOQ Preparation:

Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from project specifications and drawings.

Billing and Payment Management:

Ensure accurate and timely billing for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Measurement and Verification:

Take measurements on-site, verify quantities, and ensure bills are in line with work completed.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed project records, including measurement sheets, bills, and relevant documentation.

Reconciliation:

Prepare and review reconciliation statements for materials, funds, and bills.

Communication and Collaboration:

Attend site meetings, communicate with project teams, and provide technical support related to billing and payments.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize relevant software, including ERP systems, Excel, and potentially AutoCAD, for project management and record keeping.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
