Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business and operational risks, conduct process audits, and investigations into incidents of fraud or misconduct.

- Investigations: Gather evidence, interview stakeholders, and document findings in structured reports.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, code of conduct, and statutory obligations.

- Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, and detect suspicious activities.

- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on risk trends, fraud incidents, and vigilance status.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA, CIA, or CFE certification highly preferred.

- Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, or law enforcement.

- Skills: Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills; proficiency in technical tools and systems.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements specific to the industry .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
