Job Summary:



The Vigilance Officer is responsible for monitoring, preventing, and investigating any acts of misconduct, irregularities, or breaches of rules and procedures. The role ensures transparency, compliance with regulations, and adherence to ethical practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor daily operations to detect and prevent malpractice, fraud, or unethical practices. Conduct investigations into reported cases of irregularities or non-compliance. Implement vigilance policies, guidelines, and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders. Liaise with management and relevant authorities for necessary actions. Maintain records of all vigilance activities, complaints, and resolutions. Provide regular reports on vigilance findings and recommendations for improvements. Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or vigilance roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
