Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in artisan bakeries or hotel pastry kitchens
Expertise in
laminated dough

Attention to detail and a passion for precision in baking
Ability to work independently and manage a small pastry team
Familiarity with quality control, inventory, and kitchen discipline
Based in Goa or open to relocation
