Le Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) est un contrat specifique, soumis aux criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.
L'accord franco-indien reconnaissant le programme V.I.E. est ouvert aux candidats qui remplissent les criteres cumulatifs suivants :
? De nationalite francaise
? Titulaire d'un diplome de niveau licence (BAC+3) minimum, obtenu au cours de l'annee precedant la demande de visa
? Age de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E. ne peut debuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvieme anniversaire)
? Doit etre inscrit sur le site "Mon Volontariat International" avant l'age de 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE (Change activities - In-service Engineering) est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus India a Bangalore.
Missions et responsabilites :
Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
Soutenir le responsable du changement dans diverses initiatives de changement, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la normalisation des methodes de travail, des processus ou des formats de donnees au sein des differentes composantes, competences et equipes de l'ingenierie en service.
L'objectif est de reduire les differences et les incoherences, ce qui permet d'assurer un fonctionnement et une collaboration plus fluides.

• Organisation des reunions (Des reunions doivent etre organisees avec les parties prenantes concernees en fournissant un ordre du jour clair pour ces reunions).

• Activites de gestion de projet (Les activites cles comprennent la definition de la portee du projet/de l'activite, la creation d'un calendrier de projet/d'activite, le suivi des progres, la gestion des risques et la communication avec les parties prenantes).

• Collecte et analyse des donnees (Les idees et propositions des differentes equipes et individus doivent etre collectees et organisees dans un format plus structure. Les donnees doivent etre preparees et analysees a l'aide des outils et processus numeriques disponibles afin de simplifier la prise de decision).

• Preparation de rapports detailles et de presentations (Les rapports ou les presentations doivent etre prepares afin de suivre ou de presenter les progres aux diverses parties prenantes).

Competences requises:
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes:
- Planification et echeancier de projet
- Maitrise des logiciels et outils de gestion de projet, ainsi que des connaissances techniques de base des aeronefs (structures et systemes)
- Flexibilite pour travailler au sein d'une equipe diverse, multiculturelle et internationale.
- De bonnes competences en communication, et en presentation
- Une aptitude a l'apprentissage continu pour se developper et evoluer.
- De bonnes competences interpersonnelles pour tirer parti de la reflexion collective.
- Faire preuve de proactivite pour definir sa propre contribution au role et aux exigences.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
The Franco-Indian agreement recognising the V.I.E. program is open to applicants who meet the following cumulative criteria:
? French nationality
? Graduated with at least a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) within the past year at the time of the visa application
? Up to 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday).
? Must be registered on the "Mon Volontariat International" website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Change activities - In-service Engineering has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus India Limited in Bangalore.
Tasks & accountabilities
Contribute to the Change activities including Harmonization to achieve greater flexibility and efficiency, across In-service Engineering (1S).
The role involves supporting the Change leader with various change initiatives, including but not limited to standardizing ways of working, processes, or data formats across different components, skills, teams across inservice engineering. The goal is to reduce differences and inconsistencies, allowing for smoother operation and collaboration.
Organize meetings: Meetings to be organized with the relevant stakeholders by providing a clear agenda for the meetings.
Project management activities: Key activities include defining the project/activity scope, creating a project/activity schedule, tracking progress, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.
Data Collection and Analysis: The Ideas/proposals from different teams/individuals need to be collected and arranged in a more structured format. The data should be prepared and analysed using available digital tools and processes in order to simplify the decision making.
Preparation of detailed reports and presentations: The reports or presentations are to be prepared in order to track or present the progress to the various stakeholders.
