Un poste sous contrat VIE (Technical Services Reliability Engineer) est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus India a Bangalore. Vous rejoindrez Airbus Airline Engineering.
Missions et responsabilites :
Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
Realiser des analyses technico-commerciales et suivi des contrats Flight Hours Services (FHS) / Tailored Support Package (TSP)
Faire le suivi des tendances de taux de depose des composants
Analyser les raisons de deposes des composants identifies (en volume, vs GMTBUR, vs MTBUR global, taux de NFF)
Alerter les equipes concernees en cas de degradation de la fiabilite des composants.
Effectuer une analyse de premier niveau pour identifier la cause du retrait. Transmettre les resultats de l'analyse aux equipes concernees afin de reduire les taux de deposes
Preparer et diffuser des rapports de suivi des performances des avions et evaluer les performances de la flotte afin d'identifier les evenements ou problemes les plus impactant et recurrents, selon des parametres definis avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes d'FHS et des clients (defauts recurrents, retards d'avions, annulations, evenements tels que, sans s'y limiter, In Flight Shut Down, Air Turn Back, depenses importantes en main-d'oeuvre ou en materiel, interruption des operations de maintenance, etc.).
Realiser une investigation technique de premier niveau (a partir des donnees des carnets de maintenance des avions, du Systeme d'Information de Maintenance (MIS), des dossiers d'entretien des avions et des rapports d'atelier) afin de determiner les causes profondes et les tendances des pannes, le cas echeant, afin de definir/mettre en oeuvre les mesures d'attenuation/solutions disponibles ou de piloter la definition d'une solution technique.
En coordination avec les equipes d'ingenierie du plateau central, en contact avec les clients et/ou du siege de FHS Toulouse, assurer la realisation d'etudes pertinentes, d'enquetes statistiques et analytiques, ainsi que le suivi technique ; soutenir l'investigation des pannes, l'analyse des retards/defauts, des incidents de vol, et les anomalies approfondies en atelier et au niveau du materiel afin d'ameliorer la fiabilite des operations
Gerer la coordination du Reliability Control Program (RCP) et soutenir la publication des rapports RCP grace a la consolidation des donnees precises fournies par le client et des investigations realisees.
Competences requises:
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes:
Titulaire d'un diplome d'ingenieur en aeronautique ou equivalent
Une experience en compagnie aerienne ou MRO dans les equipes de services technique ou de management technique de la flotte, est un plus
Experience en interface clientele dans l'environnent des operations aeronautique
Bonne connaissance du maintien de la navigabilite
Bonne connaissance des documentations techniques d''AIRBUS et des fournisseurs aeronautiques
Formation ou connaissance technique des flottes A320/A350/A3830
Connaissance de l'outils AMASIS est un plus
Competences linguistiques : Avance en Anglais

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

A VIE for a Technical Services Reliability Engineer has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus India Limited in Bangalore. You will join Airline Engineering team
Tasks & accountabilities
The jobholder will perform the following actions to support Flight Hours Services (FHS) / Tailored Support Package (TSP) contracts:
Perform the technico-economical support and follow-up of FHS & TSP contracts in operations for all the activities related to components:
Assist to the follow up of the trend on the component removals rate,
Analyze reasons for removal on identified components (in volume, vs Guaranteed Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removal (GMTBUR), vs worldwide fleet Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removal (MTBUR), No Fault Found (NFF) rate)
Alert relevant teams when components have degrading reliability trends
Perform first level analysis to identify the reason for removal. Deliver analysis results to relevant teams to help reduce removal rates.
Prepare and distribute aircraft performance monitoring reports and evaluate the fleet performance with objective to identify most impacting and recurring events or issues according to parameters aligned with all FHS stakeholders and Customers (recurring defects, aircraft delays, cancellation, events such as but not limited to IFSD, ATB, substantial expenditures in manpower or material or interruption in maintenance operations,...)
Perform first level technical investigation (using data from aircraft maintenance logs, Maintenance Information System (MIS), aircraft service records and shop finding reports) to determine possible root cause and failure trends as necessary with objective to define/implement available mitigation/solution or drive definition of technical fix.
In coordination with central plateau, customer facing and / or FHS Toulouse HQ engineering teams, ensure relevant studies, statistical and analytical surveys, technical monitoring; support investigation of failures, delay/defect analysis, flight incidents, in-depth shop and hardware discrepancies so as to improve Dispatch Reliability (DR).
Manage the RCP coordination and support the RCP report releases through consolidation of accurate data provided by the customer and investigations performed.
Required skills
Minimum degree holder in aerospace engineering or equivalent
Preferred are those potentials with relevant experience in (Airlines / MRO'), mainly in the Technical Services roles / in Fleet Technical Management roles
Customer interfacing experience in an aircraft operations and management environment
Good knowledge of Continued Airworthiness Management
Good knowledge about AIRBUS / Engine Manufacturers' / OEM's Technical Documentation
Airbus fleets (A320/ A350 / A330) experience / General Familiarization training / the above said experience is desirable
Good knowledge of AMASIS Maintenance Information System & Skywise and data analytics is desirable. Those candidates with relevant experience ranges between (5 - 10) years are suitable for this requirement.
Language Skills: advanced level of English
