Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.


Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.


Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :


o Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.


o Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

. Vous rejoindrez le departement de la Mobilite Internationale.


Vous devrez fournir un haut niveau de support operationnel au Directeur de Reward India ainsi qu'au Directeur de la Mobilite Internationale France et UK dans un environnement dynamique.


Vous avez une attitude professionnelle avec un sens du detail, de l'exactitude et du suivi aigu, et respectez la confidentialite des informations tout en exercant avec discretion et discernement.


Vous apporterez votre support au deploiement et a la gestion du programme de la Mobilite Internationale, ses projets et sa proximite locale, et serez responsable de sa mise en oeuvre en support du business global de la societe, comprenant la rentabilite, la conformite et l'application de solution pratique a la mobilite en lien avec la strategie Talent et ses objectifs.


Missions et responsabilites :


Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :


- Support Mobilite Internationale : 40 %


Administrer le controle et l'approbation des demandes de remboursement selon la politique applicable et leur traitement via les outils Administrer les voyages aller/retour au pays d'origine ou vacances Repondre aux demandes des expatries en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe Europe Planifier et mener les reunions avec les expatries, les parties prenantes RH ou fournisseurs. Creer les fichiers employes ou fiche de calcul dans les outils dedies de la mobilite internationale Apporter un support projet aux demandes de mobilite et couts ainsi qu'a differents autres projets Apporter du support et suivre les demandes d'immigration et les evolutions des regulations locales Apporter du support pour le suivi et paiement des factures fournisseurs ainsi qu'a la re-allocation des couts aux differents centres de cout.
- Support a la gestion de projet des activites Mobilite Internationale pour l'Inde 20%


Utiliser la methodologie de la gestion de projet pour supporter ceux de la Mobilite Internationale Les projets seront ceux de Reward et pourront inclure le developpement de la politique et des procedures, ainsi que leur harmonisation dans ces domaines. Le role peut aussi assister et/ou diriger ces projets Apporter du support afin de faire avancer des projets en assistant la recherche d'information, la communication aux differents partis, developper et monitorer des plans, le suivi etc...
- Gerer la Politique de Mobilite Internationale et les guides du programme: 40%


Selon le perimetre alloue des mouvements internationaux, s'assurer de la conformite avec la politique, le legal, la fiscalite et le droit du travail local. Cela comporte: le cycle de vie de l'expatrie, gestion de la mobilite internationale de la selection au retour en coordination avec les homologues Europeens avec l'objectif de rendre la procedure aussi fluide que possible pour l'expatrie. Apporter une consultation et une expertise en mobilite internationale dans les domaines de l'affectation et de la gestion des couts, relocalisation, fiscalite, immigration, du pays d'origine au pays d'accueil pour s'assurer de l'alignement avec le business et les RH/ Strategies Talent, et la conformite fiscale, legale. Initier le support immigration aupres de notre fournisseur, et comprendre les procedures d'obtention de visa pour anticiper les delais et assurer une demande dans les temps. Communiquer proactivement avec les salaries, les RH, business leaders et autres contacts pertinents en ce qui concerne tout sujet lie a l'immigration


Competences requises


Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :


Vous possedez au minimum une licence ou equivalent dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou autre discipline apparentee,

depuis moins d'un an

1 a 4 ans d'experience dans les Ressources Humaines/ Mobilite internationale/ Finance et/ou autre fonction siege (stage et alternance inclus) Experience dans la gestion de projet Experience et/ou connaissance du l'industrie aeronautique est un plus. Experience de vie a l'etranger est un bonus Excellente competence avec les outils informatiques, specifiquement G Suite.

Global Mobility Support m/f

has arisen within

Airbus India

. You will join the Global Mobility department.


The incumbent is responsible for providing high-level operational support in a fast-paced environment to the HO Reward India and Head of Global Mobility France & UK. The incumbent will have a professional demeanor with exceptional commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up. Individual must have the ability to handle confidential information while exercising sound judgment and discretion.


The incumbent will support the deployment and management of the Global Mobility Program, projects and local proximity to expatriates within India Global Mobility scope and has accountability for enabling international mobility in support of the Company's business worldwide including cost effective, compliant and practical mobility solutions linked to the talent strategy and objectives.





Tasks & accountabilities


Your main tasks will include:


- Global Mobility Support : 40 %


Administer expatriate expenses reviewing/ approving per policy, and progressing through process & tools. Administer home trips and vacations. Resolve expatriate queries in close relation with the European Team. Schedule & run meetings with expatriates, HR stakeholders or providers. Create employee files or calculations in Global Mobility dedicated tools. Support project on mobility queries and expenses as well as different projects. Support & follow immigration requests and local regulations evolutions. Provide support on vendor invoices and follow up on their payment as well as cost reallocation to the different cost centers.
- Project Management support for Global Mobility activities for India: 20%


For assigned projects, use Project Management methodology to support different Global Mobility projects. Projects will be within Reward, and could include policy and process development and harmonization within these areas. Position may support and/or lead projects. Provide support in moving projects forward by assisting with information gathering, communicating with different parties, developing and monitoring plans, keeping track of responsibilities, etc.
- Manage Global Mobility policy and program guidelines for scope: 40%


Following allocated scope of international assignments, ensure compliance with policy, legal, tax and local employment regulations. Including: life cycle assignee, global mobility management from selection to repatriation in coordination with European counterpart with a focus to make the process as seamless as possible for the assignee. Provide global mobility-related expertise and consultation, in the areas of assignment and cost management, relocation, tax, immigration, to local and home office key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and HR/Talent strategy, tax, and legal / compliance. Initiate immigration provider support, and oversee immigration/visa process to ensure timely submission and processing of applications. Proactively communicate with employees, HR, business leaders and other relevant contacts regarding any immigration matters and decisions regarding their associates and the immigration program.
This role will involve minimal travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.


Required skills


You have the following skills and experience:


Educated to minimum a bachelor degree level (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related discipline,

since less than a year

1 to 4 years of prior relevant work/internship experience in a Human Resource, Global Mobility, Finance and/or corporate function is required. Prior relevant work/internship experience in Project Management is preferred. Prior relevant work/internship experience within the aviation industry is preferred. Experience living/ working in different countries is preferred. Excellent PC skills, specifically G-Suite
in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

Ability to work through ambiguity and flexibility; highly adaptable. Ability to engage a diverse team to achieve a major business objective. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and French
