Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par les Ministeres francais de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangeres, du Ministere de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministere de la Transition ecologique et de la Cohesion des territoires et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.


Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.


Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :


Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut debuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvieme anniversaire) Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays. Etre imperativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste d' Automatisation des Donnees Techniques (H/F) est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus India, a Bangalore. Vous integrerez la direction Airbus Customer Services , plus precisement l'equipe Technical Data Support & Services , chargee de developper, livrer et assurer le support sur la documentation technique de maintenance aeronautique. Cette documentation permet a nos clients (compagnies aeriennes, MRO, bailleurs) d'assurer des operations et une maintenance sures et efficaces.


L'organisation Technical Data est structuree en 5 domaines transverses et 5 lignes locales , et ce poste s'inscrit dans la ligne locale indienne ( IISBD ). Fonctionnellement, il est rattache au domaine SIDB , qui offre une vision globale de la documentation de maintenance : depuis le bureau d'etudes, a l'origine de la conception et de l'evolution des avions, jusqu'aux equipes de redaction en charge de documenter leurs impacts dans les produits de donnees techniques (manuels), en passant par le support aux clients exploitant et maintenant les systemes aeronautiques.


Notre mission principale consiste a fournir la documentation complete des l'entree en service de l'appareil et a la maintenir tout au long de son cycle de vie, conformement aux exigences de navigabilite.

Resume du poste:

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste en Automatisation des Donnees Techniques competent(e) et motive(e) pour rejoindre notre equipe dynamique. Ce poste offre une opportunite unique de concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des solutions d'automatisation (scripts, RPA) afin d'optimiser la gestion des donnees, de collaborer avec les equipes d'ingenierie des donnees et de science des donnees, et de contribuer a des projets innovants dans un environnement international et dynamique.


Principales responsabilites :


Identifier, concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des solutions d'automatisation pour les processus de gestion et d'analyse des donnees techniques. Developper et maintenir des scripts (Python, VBA, etc.) et des workflows RPA (Robotic Process Automation) pour automatiser les taches repetitives et ameliorer l'efficacite operationnelle. Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des outils et processus existants, en proposant des solutions innovantes et evolutives. Participer a la collecte, au nettoyage, a la transformation et a la visualisation des donnees techniques. Documenter les processus, les scripts et les solutions mises en oeuvre. Prendre part a des projets transverses lies a la digitalisation et a l'intelligence artificielle (une experience en IA serait un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire).

Qualifications

Competences professionnelles et techniques :


Diplome en informatique, ingenierie des donnees, science des donnees ou domaine connexe. Solides competences en programmation et experience averee dans le developpement de scripts (Python, VBA, etc.). Connaissance des outils RPA et des bonnes pratiques en matiere d'automatisation. Comprehension des enjeux lies a la gestion et a l'analyse des donnees techniques. Maitrise professionnelle de l'anglais (ecrit et oral) requise. Une experience prealable ou un vif interet pour l'intelligence artificielle serait un atout.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

A VIE for a Tech Data Automation M/F has arisen within Airbus India in Bangalore. You will join the Airbus Customer Services, to join Technical Data Support & Services, which is in charge of developing, delivering and supporting on aircraft maintenance documentation, to enable the safe and efficient operations and maintenance by our customers (airlines, MRO, lessors).


Technical Data is organized in 5 cross-natco Domains and 5 local lines and the position is opened in India local line - IISBD. The position is functionally aligned with SIDB Domain which offers a wide view on Maintenance Documentation: From the Design Office who is at the origin of the design and evolution of aircraft design, to the Authoring Domains in charge of documenting their impact in Technical Data products (manuals), and to the support to our customers who are operating and maintaining aircraft Systems. Delivering the complete documentation at aircraft entry into service and maintaining it during the complete aircraft life cycle is our main mission, and is part of the airworthiness requirements.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Data Automation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement automation solutions (scripts, RPA) to streamline data management, collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams, and contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic, international environment.


Key Responsibilities :


Identify, design, and implement automation solutions for technical data management and analysis processes. Develop and maintain scripts (Python, VBA, etc.) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes, proposing innovative and scalable solutions. Qualifications:

Professional and Technical skills :


Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Strong programming skills and proven experience in script development (Python, VBA, etc.). Knowledge of RPA tools and automation best practices. Understanding of technical data management and analysis challenges. Professional level of English (both written and spoken) is required. Previous experience or strong interest in artificial intelligence is a plus.
