Are you passionate about visual storytelling and hands-on video creation? We are looking for a

Video Content Creator & Editor

who can confidently manage on-site shoots as well as creative post-production. If you enjoy turning ideas into engaging digital video content and experimenting with formats, this role is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production (On-site - Kolkata | 2-3 Days per Week)

Shoot high-quality videos in studio and outdoor locations. Manage end-to-end production including camera handling, lighting setup, and audio recording. Ensure visually appealing framing and clear audio quality. Create varied content formats such as interviews, reels, vlogs, product videos, promotional content, documentary-style videos, and podcasts.
Video Editing & Post-Production (Work from Home)

Edit raw footage into professional and engaging videos using tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

. Add transitions, background music, titles, lower-thirds, motion graphics, sound effects, and color grading. Optimize videos for digital platforms, including

Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook

, and others.
Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to convert concepts into strong visual stories. Share creative ideas to enhance content quality and brand storytelling. Accept feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum

6 months of experience

in video shooting and editing. Hands-on knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong understanding of video editing workflows and creative tools. A

portfolio or showreel

showcasing previous work. Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines. Willingness to travel within

Kolkata for shoots (2-3 days weekly)

. Good communication skills;
