We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Video/Reel Editor

to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional command of video editing software and techniques, with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and current digital trends. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content, primarily for social media reels, short-form videos, and potentially longer-form projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling video content for various platforms, with a strong emphasis on social media reels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Demonstrate a superior understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, rhythm, visual flow, color grading, and sound design. Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music effectively to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, resolutions, and file sizes. Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software features, industry trends, and social media best practices. Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving. Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video quality and impact. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
