The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical expertise in video production, and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Videography
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos of jewelry products, manufacturing processes, workshops, and factory operations.
Capture detailed close-ups showcasing craftsmanship, stone setting, polishing, and finishing processes.
Handle studio and on-site shoots, including lighting, camera setup, and framing.
Coordinate with production and design teams to understand product details and timelines.
Video Editing
Edit raw footage into engaging videos for marketing, social media, websites, exhibitions, and internal presentations.
Apply color correction, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics where required.
Ensure videos align with brand aesthetics, luxury appeal, and quality standards of the jewelry industry.
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website, reels, ads, etc.).
Creative & Branding Support
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for campaigns and product launches.
Stay updated with current video trends, reels formats, and luxury branding styles.
Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, catalog launches, and brand films.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content.
Equipment & Asset Management
Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilizers, and audio gear.
Organize, archive, and manage video files and project assets efficiently.
Ensure data backup and proper file storage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Making, Media Production, Animation, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience as a Videographer / Video Editor (experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury industry preferred).
Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
Strong understanding of lighting techniques for reflective and high-value products like jewelry.
Knowledge of camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras).
Creative eye for detail, composition, color, and storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
