Job Description

We are seeking a creative and versatile

Videographer & Video Editor

to join our team. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who is equally comfortable behind the lens in the great outdoors as they are in the editing suite.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video content--from scouting outdoor locations and capturing raw footage to delivering polished, high-impact videos for marketing, education, and social media promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Shooting:

Plan and execute professional video shoots, with a strong emphasis on

outdoor photography and cinematography

.

Video Editing:

Transform raw footage into compelling stories using industry-standard software.

Content Strategy:

Create tailored content for various platforms, ensuring videos meet marketing and educational objectives.

Social Media Management:

Apply basic social media knowledge to optimize video formats (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) and stay ahead of viral trends.

Equipment Care:

Maintain and manage cameras, lighting, and audio gear for both field and studio use.

Post-Production:

Handle color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics to ensure a high-end finish.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of at least one major editing suite:

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

.

Mobile Editing:

Proficiency in mobile-first editors like

VN or CapCut

for quick-turnaround social content.

Outdoor Expertise:

Proven experience handling natural lighting, varied weather conditions, and outdoor composition.

Creative Eye:

Strong understanding of framing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Trend Awareness:

A deep interest in current digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.

Portfolio:

A strong reel or portfolio showcasing high-quality promotional or educational video work.
Soft Skills

Independence:

Ability to manage a project from the initial concept to the final export.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and changing outdoor conditions.

Communication:

Able to take feedback and collaborate effectively with marketing and education teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
