Key Responsibilities
Videography
Plan, shoot, and record videos for institutional events, seminars, workshops, admissions campaigns, and campus activities
Capture classroom sessions, faculty lectures, student testimonials, and interviews
Ensure proper lighting, framing, audio quality, and camera setup
Manage video equipment including cameras, microphones, tripods, and lighting gear
Video Editing
Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos aligned with institutional branding
Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, background music, and visual effects as required
Produce videos for social media, website, presentations, and promotional materials
Maintain an organized archive of video footage and completed projects
Creative & Technical Support
Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams on content ideas
Suggest creative concepts and storytelling approaches for institutional videos
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
Stay updated with current video trends, tools, and techniques
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in videography and video editing
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound editing
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience working with educational institutions
Knowledge of photography and graphic design
Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
