Job Description

Thadathil Group of Companies is looking for a Videographer & Photographer with minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative content production. The candidate must be skilled in videography, photography, and advanced editing for marketing, social media, and promotional content. This role requires handling the full production cycle--from planning and shooting to editing and delivering final content.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute shoots for: Product photography Portraits Outdoor shoots and farm activities Manage lighting for indoor and outdoor environments. Frame and compose shots professionally. Use stabilization tools (handheld, gimbal, tripod). Capture high-quality audio (mics, audio equipment).
Photo Editing:

Work with

Photoshop & Lightroom

for: Colour correction Retouching Typography Dust removal / background whitening
Video Editing:

Edit content using

Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

. Handle trimming, cutting, transitions, and syncing audio-video. Create engaging

Reels, YouTube videos, and promotional content

. Apply keyframe animations and text overlays. Perform greenscreen editing (chroma key). Use

Blender or 3D software

(optional, preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in videography, photography, and editing. Proficiency in: Lighting setup and camera operation Framing and composition Stabilization techniques Audio recording during shoots Expertise in

Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Media, Visual Communication, Film Making, or equivalent (preferred). Strong portfolio is mandatory.
