Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and skilled Videographer

to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

shooting, editing, and producing professional videos

for digital and social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating

customer feedback videos

, providing

scripts or guidance

to customers during shoots, and editing videos for high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit

customer feedback and testimonial videos

.
Create and share

video scripts

or dialogue briefs with customers before shooting.
Capture high-quality video footage in various settings (factory, office, or client site).
Edit videos using tools like

CapCut

and

Filmora

, ensuring smooth transitions, subtitles, and background music.
Optimize videos for

social media platforms

such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing team for creative storytelling ideas and branding consistency.
Maintain an organized archive of video content and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Media, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in videography and video editing. Strong knowledge of

CapCut, Filmora, and basic camera handling

. Creative eye for detail, lighting, and visual storytelling. Good communication and interpersonal skills (to interact with customers during shoots). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
