Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly skilled and creative Senior Videographer/DoP

to lead the visual execution of our diverse video productions. This role is central to our visual storytelling, requiring mastery in camera operation, sophisticated lighting design, and dynamic movement to produce visually compelling content for interviews, events, promotional campaigns, and long-format projects.

Key Points

Role Focus:

Lead visual storytelling and execution for all video productions (interviews, events, promotional, long-form).

Creative & Technical Mastery:

Must excel in

camera operation, lighting design, shot composition

, and

dynamic camera movements

Core Responsibility:

Plan and execute visual styles, shot compositions, and camera movements according to project needs.

Equipment Operation:

Operate professional cinema cameras, lenses, and related accessories.

Stabilization Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in 3-axis gimbal operation

(e.g., Ronin, Zhiyun), including balancing, calibration, and maintenance for smooth, cinematic footage.

Lighting Design:

Design and set up professional lighting for all environments (studio, indoor, outdoor).

Collaboration:

Work closely with directors on shot lists, storyboards, and production sequences.

Technical Quality:

Ensure accurate exposure, framing, color balance, and continuity.

Required Experience:

Proven history as a Cinematographer, DoP, or Camera Lead.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong technical understanding of DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema camera systems.

Movement Skills:

Ability to execute complex movements using gimbals, sliders, dollies, or handheld rigs.

Visual Acumen:

Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Cinematographer

Technical Knowledge:

Strong technical knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless, and professional cinema camera systems.

Lighting Expertise:

Expertise in lighting aesthetics, techniques, and setup for various environments.

Movement Proficiency:

Ability to execute complex camera movements using gimbals, sliders, dollies, or handheld rigs.

Visual Quality:

Unwavering attention to detail and a strong passion for visual quality and storytelling.
