Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and plan video projects.
Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear during shoots.
Capture high-quality footage for events, interviews, promotional videos, social media, and more.
Edit raw footage into polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Add effects, motion graphics, sound design, music, and color grading to enhance video quality.
Maintain a consistent visual style in line with brand guidelines.
Manage and organize video assets and backups.
Stay updated on video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve content quality.
Deliver final content within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio or reel required).
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Experience with cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, drones, gimbals, etc.).
Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
Understanding of sound design, color correction, and post-production workflows.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel or work outside of regular hours as needed.
