Junior/Fresher Videographer -

An entry?level role for a creative individual eager to launch a career in video production. Under supervision, you'll assist with filming, editing, and delivering high?quality video content for various platforms--supporting our creative team and clients while developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist setting up and breaking down camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots Operate cameras and record footage under guidance, both on?site and in studio Organize and log raw footage, maintaining a media archive Perform basic video editing: cutting clips, adding transitions, color correction, and sound adjustments Help storyboard ideas and pitch creative content concepts Support post-production tasks such as videos and preparing them for different platforms Collaborate closely with team members--videographers, editors, and clients--to fulfill project goals Learn and adhere to brand guidelines and visual style standards Stay updated on current video production and editing trends

Qualifications & Skills

A diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field Basic proficiency in editing tools Fundamental understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition and storytelling Good verbal and written communication skills Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new equipment and techniques

Nice-to-Haves

A small portfolio or reel of school projects, personal work, or freelance assignments Some experience with live event recording Familiarity with exporting video formats for web, mobile, and social media
