Role Overview:

Champions Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in both shooting and editing video content. The successful candidate will produce high-quality videos to support branding, marketing, events, and communication initiatives across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects for brand campaigns, events, interviews, product showcases, and corporate messaging

Set up, shoot, and direct video content using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment

Edit video footage to create engaging, polished final products with appropriate transitions, effects, soundtracks, and graphics using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

Ensure video content aligns with Champions Groups standards and reflects the brands identity and messaging

Maintain video archive, organize digital assets, and ensure files are easily retrievable for future use

Stay current with industry trends, suggesting innovative ideas for visual storytelling on digital and social media platforms

Support live event coverage, webinars, and virtual presentations as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year professional experience in videography and video editing

Proficiency in using video cameras, DSLR equipment, lighting, and audio gear

Strong command of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling video narratives

Attention to detail and commitment to high production values

Working knowledge of sound mixing, color grading, and basic motion graphics

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work (to be submitted with application)

Preferred:

Experience in social media video content creation

Familiarity with live event and webinar video setups

Skills in After Effects or similar tools for graphics/motion enhancement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
