At VTI as a media organization we creates, manages, and deliver information informative content through advertisement and marketing across various platforms like television, radio, print, and the internet, including articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts through various channels like broadcast, digital platforms, streaming services etc.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content, telling compelling visual stories that align with company objectives and brand guidelines for web, social media, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Storyboarding:

Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video projects.

Filming & Production:

Set up cameras, lighting, and audio; operate equipment to capture high-quality video and B-roll on location or in-studio.

Post-Production:

Edit raw footage, add graphics/effects, colour correct, balance audio, and optimize for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Equipment Management:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and organize all video and audio gear, ensuring it's in working order.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, sales, and creative teams, providing input and ensuring project alignment.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain digital video archives and project files.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio/show reel.

Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound.

Creative mind-set, eye for detail, and storytelling ability.

Excellent communication and teamwork.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Depending on Role):

Motion graphics/animation (After Effects).

Live streaming.

Understanding of SEO and platform-specific video optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
